Privacy

This website only asks for personal details when a reader chooses to make contact, request signed books, join the reader list, or send a press or rights enquiry.

Information readers send

Emails may include a reader's name, email address, country, postal address, inscription wording, order details, and enquiry notes. This information is used to answer the enquiry, manage signed-copy requests, and maintain the reader list when requested.

The reader list is managed through Brevo. Newsletter signup details may include name and email address, and are used only for C.M. Elliott reader updates. Readers can unsubscribe from campaign emails or ask to be removed from the list.

Analytics and cookies

The site is built as a lightweight static website. If privacy-respecting analytics are added later, this policy should be updated to name those services.

Sharing information

Reader details are not sold. Details may be shared only where needed to answer the enquiry, process a direct order, arrange delivery, comply with law, or operate a newsletter service selected by the site owner.
